Application

This is not a sales call.
Fit first, then invoice.

Four sections, about five minutes. Greg reviews every submission personally and responds within 48 hours with a direct read on fit. Strong fit leads to a 20-minute confirmation call, and only then to an agreement and invoice. Not every application is accepted.

Answer honestly. A vague application makes it hard to say yes. A specific application makes it easy to say yes or to send you the right referral. If you already have a coach and a plan, mention that.

B · Running background What your running week looks like
C · Strength & injury history Honest numbers help most

Ten questions, answered plainly

What is included in Online vs Premium?

Online is 1:1 asynchronous programming: two barbell sessions a week built around your running load, weekly load check-in, video form review, stop-rule oversight, and direct coach access. Premium adds four live 1:1 video sessions per month in SAST windows. The programme is the same. Premium adds live eyes for skill work and race-week decisions.

Why is there a 3-month minimum?

Structural adaptation appears to take roughly that long to show. Shorter blocks tend to test scheduling more than they test the method. At the end of month three we review the log together and continuing is a decision, not a default.

Can I lift at home, or do I need a commercial gym?

A home rack, a barbell, and enough plates to progress the primary lifts is workable, and many athletes on the roster train at home. If you cannot rack a barbell where you lift, a commercial gym is the more practical option. The programme is built around the barbell, not around a machine circuit.

I already have a running coach. Do you replace them?

No. Greg is a strength coach who runs. He is not your running coach. The method is built to schedule the barbell around whatever your running coach has written. It does not compete with the running plan.

I have a current niggle. Do I still apply?

Yes, apply and describe it honestly. If the tissue is not cleared, loading does not start until it is, and you are referred to a qualified clinician before that. That is normal. A niggle that is being managed is different from an active, uncleared injury, and the application is where that gets sorted.

What are the stop rules?

Explicit criteria for reducing load, skipping a session, or referring to a clinician when signals warrant it. A session pulled under a stop rule is a delivered session, not a refund. Following the stop rules is not the programme failing. It is the programme.

How many athletes do you take?

Ten. Online and Premium share the same ten seats. This is a coaching limit, not a marketing constraint. When the ten are full, the application closes. There is no coaching waitlist.

What happens after I submit?

Greg reviews every submission personally and responds within 48 hours with a direct assessment of fit. Strong fit leads to a 20-minute confirmation call. Not every application is accepted. If timing or fit is wrong, you will hear that honestly, usually with a referral.

What does it cost?

Online is US$399 per month. Premium is US$749 per month. Both carry a three-month minimum. Pricing is in US dollars because the roster is global.

Is there a free trial or a sample programme?

No. The application and 48-hour personal review is the gate. If a free template is what you need, Coach Parry publishes a good free strength plan and it is a legitimate starting point.
